OVERLAND PARK, Kan. — Sprint (NYSE: S) announced that today is "Power Sports Day" as part of its "Twelve Days of Power Shopping," a campaign to reveal the full power of Sprint's network, products and services during the holiday shopping season.
Beginning today, NFL stars from around the league will make appearances at Sprint Stores in select cities nationwide. In addition to providing fans the opportunity to meet their NFL heroes and get an autograph, Sprint will be offering those who attend the events a chance to win a new MOTOKRZR phone by Motorola or the chance to have the NFL player record their voicemail greetings. Sprint will also provide the opportunity for fans with Sprint camera phones to have photos taken with the player in select markets.
